Baking Architecture
State of Design Festival, 2009. The iconic suburban ‘Howard Arkley’ home is recreated
in polenta, the terrazzo surface upon which it lies a bed of crushed pineapple
and agar. Surrounded by a lush wheat grass lawn, this colorful organic delicacy will grow, decay,
shrink and decompose.
